Less Surprises.

When it comes to surprises, less is more. You pay a fixed fee for a service. If your job takes longer than usual for that task, you still pay the same amount.

If you decide you want more done, you will know upfront how much it will cost before you make a decision.

We will make sure that you can enjoy your tech more than ever before.

Service and Training

Fixed prices per task on a device.
(Parts, materials, and third-party services not included.)

Call-out Charge - $50

This charge is added to each call. It covers travel and initial consultation.

Major Task - $100

Examples of a major task are an operating system service (per computer), malware removal, 1.5-hour training, setting up a network or backup, configuring a smart-TV system (with training).

Small Task - $50

A small task is something that would normally take less than an hour, such as setting up a wireless router, a basic software tune-up (no updates needed).

Minor Task - $40

Something that should take less than half an hour. Adding another computer, device, or console, smart-TV, etc. to an existing network, connecting a wireless printer to another computer.

Gift Certificates

Available for standard services. Known prices mean that gift certificates may be purchased to pre-pay, including house calls.

Computer Tune-up - $150

Fixes most malware, virus, and configuration issues on one computer.

Backup and Reset - $250

Backup files, wipe computer, and restore files. May also be used to set up a new computer and transfer files from an old system.

Online Support

No service call charge. Billed at end of the call. The price is the lower of the standard price for the service requested or:

Half Hour - $50

For all services less than 45 minutes.

Per Hour - $75

To the nearest hour, not counting housekeeping (billing, booking, etc.).

General Projects

Standard pricing for websites and consulting projects. Website work and larger projects are billed on the following scale, which automatically discounts larger projects. Parts, materials, and service fees are quoted and billed separately.

Large jobs will always be billed the best price, either the hourly or task price, whichever is less.

First 2 Hours - $100/h

Hours 3 and 4 - $80/h

Hours 5 to 8 - $60/h

Long-term hours - $50/h

On-Site Charge - $50/day
